Two approaches. Your choice.
Custom development
Coded from the ground up.
Original layouts and purpose-built features, rather than fitting your business into a pre-made theme. Lightweight HTML, CSS and JavaScript suit focused sites; React and Next.js are available for more connected websites and applications.
- Custom front-end design and responsive layouts
- Databases, customer portals and admin tools when needed
- Integrations and workflows scoped around your business
WordPress + Elementor
A visual way to manage your site.
A WordPress website designed with Elementor, with a branded layout and visual editing for the content you want to manage yourself.
- Business pages, portfolios and content-driven websites
- Agreed editing access and a handover walkthrough
- Plugins, hosting and license requirements confirmed upfront
Every build includes mobile-friendly layouts, custom brand fonts and a color palette. We agree on pages, features, content, revisions and delivery before development starts. Domain registration, hosting, subscriptions and ongoing provider costs are separate.
Extras, when you need them.
Database and admin tools, CRM workflows, booking calendars, live availability, MLS feeds, additional integrations, logo design and media production can be scoped with your project.
Optional yearly website care covers routine maintenance, site checks and an agreed allowance for updates and domain/hosting costs. Larger improvements, premium services and additional running costs are approved separately. Your domain remains yours.
Website questions.
Do you offer custom coding and WordPress?
Yes. We can code your website from scratch or build it in WordPress using Elementor. We recommend an approach after discussing your design, editing needs, features and budget; the platform and any paid licenses are confirmed in your quote.
Which tools do you use for custom websites?
HTML, CSS and JavaScript for lightweight websites, with React and Next.js available for web applications. Database-backed features can use Supabase where suitable. The tools are chosen for your project, not added as a requirement to every website.
How do I choose the right website?
A landing page suits a single offer. Choose Business when you need pages and database-backed enquiry management; Realtor or Brokerage for listings and agents; Online Store for selling products; Tour Operator for tours and media. We confirm the scope before you commit.
Are domain, hosting and subscriptions included?
They are not included in the starting build price. Domain registration, hosting, database usage, paid licenses and payment-provider fees are separate. Optional yearly care can include an agreed domain/hosting allowance; any extra costs are approved first.
Can I update the site myself?
Editing tools depend on the package. Business, Brokerage and Store projects include the agreed admin workflow. A static landing page does not include a CMS; self-service editing for other sites can be added to your scope.
What does the brokerage website include?
The starter scope includes agent profiles, listings, secure agent access to assigned listings, broker/admin approval and enquiry management. Agent counts and permission rules are agreed upfront. A full CRM, MLS feeds, advanced automations and third-party integrations are separate.
What is included for tour operators?
A custom tour catalog, tour pages and enquiry journey, plus agreed photography, video and safe, permitted drone coverage. We define the tour count, locations, shoot time and media deliverables in the quote. Live availability, a database, CRM and automated booking/payment tools are optional.
Can customers pay online?
The Online Store package includes checkout integration with one eligible payment provider. Provider approval, transaction fees and subscriptions are separate. Tour booking payments can be separately scoped. Our own project invoices are currently payable by cash or local bank transfer.
Who owns the domain and content?
Your domain is registered in your name. Ownership, access and handover of your commissioned site and delivered content are set out in the project agreement. Third-party fonts, themes, stock media and software retain their own license terms.
What do you need from me, and how long does it take?
Your goals, required features, brand assets and approved copy or product/listing information. We agree on revisions, milestones and delivery after reviewing the scope. Complex integrations and late content can affect the schedule.
Do you maintain the website after launch?
Optional yearly care is available with defined maintenance and update allowances. Major new features, redesigns, premium subscriptions and usage beyond the agreed allowance are quoted separately.
