We start with your audience and goals, then build a monthly calendar in Notion. Brand fonts, a custom color palette, graphic design, captions, content approvals, scheduling and reporting are included in every plan.
Two brand-content sessions each month keep your media fresh. Authority adds one extra session when needed.

Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram, Facebook Business Page and TikTok. We adapt approved content to the formats each supports rather than posting every piece in the same way everywhere.
Are the post counts per platform?
No. The monthly allowance covers original creative pieces shared or adapted across your channels. A carousel counts as one feed piece; its slides do not count as separate posts. A story allowance is measured in individual frames, not multi-frame sequences.
What is included in an edited reel?
Clip selection, pacing, captions or text overlays and licensed music where appropriate, using footage from your content sessions or approved supplied footage. Reels are counted separately from the listed static posts and carousels.
Will you shoot new content each month?
Every plan includes two brand-content sessions. Session duration and scope are discussed personally, based on your project. Authority includes one additional session if needed. Locations, access and travel are agreed when scheduling.
Can I approve content before it is published?
Yes. Your monthly plan and proposed content are shared in Notion for review and approval. Revision rounds and approval deadlines are agreed when starting, so the publishing schedule stays manageable.
Are property-listing shoots included?
No. Dedicated property photography, listing videos and 360 virtual tours are separate bookings. The monthly sessions are for your brand and social content.
Does the plan include ads or answering messages?
Paid campaign management and responses to messages or comments can be added with an agreed scope. Advertising spend is separate from management fees and paid by you.
Do you create a logo or brand style?
Brand font selection and a custom color palette are included. Logo design is an optional add-on with its own agreed deliverables and revisions. Paid font licenses or other premium assets are separate.
Do you guarantee followers or sales?
No specific follower count, reach or sales result is guaranteed. We focus on consistent content, monitor performance and adjust the plan using the results.
