Information you share

When you request a quote, we collect the contact details, selected services, property location and project information you provide. If you become a client, we also keep the information needed for your project, invoices and payment records. Please do not send bank passwords, card details or identity documents through the enquiry form.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange shoots, deliver work and manage client payments. Agreeing to be contacted about a request does not sign you up for marketing emails. We do not sell your contact information.

Service providers and website media

We use Vercel for website hosting. Our client-management and email services use Supabase and Resend when connected. These providers process information needed to deliver those services, and may process it outside Honduras.

Virtual tours are embedded from Kuula. Loading a tour can share technical information, including your IP address, with Kuula. Website fonts may load from Google Fonts. Links to WhatsApp and social networks take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Access and retention

Client records are intended for the business owner's use. Information is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, carry out the work and maintain necessary business records. Invoice links contain client and billing information; share them only with the intended recipient.

Security and technical data

Hosting and service providers may process request logs and technical data for reliability and security. Our enquiry service uses a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your questions and requests

Contact 360roatan@gmail.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up. Some business records may need to be retained.
